Residenze Rivalto is nestled in the countryside in the centre of Tuscany. Located on the top of a hill, it is a quiet oasis overlooking woods, grapevines and wheat fields below. For the floors two solutions have been chosen: terracotta tile, for its quality, for its warm colour that reminds one of the taste and classic style of Tuscan country houses, and single-fired ceramic tile, which complements the terracotta tile very well, is easy to maintain, clean and highly resistant.

The bathroom tiles which have been selected are easy to clean, resistant and durable. The available colours for customers to choose from were selected with the criteria of creating a warm and bright atmosphere.

The white ceramic sanitary ware married with the strength of steel taps which creates a whole where beauty and hygiene, ease of cleaning and aesthetics live together.

Wood is traditionally one of the noblest materials for flooring and it gives to its owners an incomparable sensation of pleasure. The best part of walking on a parquet floor, at any moment during the year, is enjoying its natural feeling. Beautiful to look at, parquet floor is a modern choice which allows the maximum of comfort.

The window frames take after the style of the Residenza, with wooden shutters and trimmings. A classic style with modern details such as certified double glass windows guaranteeing a perfect anti-drought seal and low energetic consumption.

Every house has its own gas heating unit which is individually regulated according to personal consumption needs thus being cost and energy effective. The boiler has a special device so that the house temperature does not fall below a certain level and provides hot water year round. A double thermostat is installed in every house of the Residenza, one situated on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Using this system it's easier to control and to adjust the desired temperature of the sleeping and the living areas.

The roof represents a fundamental element in the structure of a house in establishing the quality of life and in guaranteeing its endurance. The roof, thanks to the non-conducting material employed, maintains heat during the winter and keeps the house cool during the summer. The ceilings are built following traditional criteria, with the laying of beams in treated chestnut-wood and "old style" backed flat-tiles. These beamed and the flat-tiled ceilings throughout the house follow the aesthetic canons of the classic Tuscan country house.

Through research and the attention to details even a marginal element such as the drainage system was studied so that it blends in with the overall design. All the gutters and the drainage system are in copper which takes on an amber hue over time thus becoming harmonious with the facade.
